40G Certifier P5000i not showing up

My P5000i does not show up under the tools on my Viavi 40G Certifier.

First make sure that fiber modules are installed. Being a fiber inspection tool, the P5000i only shows when the 40G is configured for fiber testing. If the probe still does not show up make sure software is current and upgrade if necessary. Try the probe on a PC running Fiberchek Pro software to see if the probe requires service. The Pro software can also be used to update the software on the P5000i probe itself. PRO software can be downloaded from http://fcpro.updatemyunit.net/.
