Problem:

Can an HST with a very old software revision be upgraded directly to the current revision?

Solution:

If the HST revision is older than rev 5, the user should upgrade the unit to rev 5 before upgrading it to the latest revision. If the HST revision is older than rev 3.10, the user should contact TAC to determine whether the unit contains sufficient memory for upgrading beyond rev 3.
