40G Ceritfier Fault Locator Graph

What are the X and Y scales of the Fault Locator graph showing me on the my Viavi 40G Certifier copper test results?

The x axis of the Fault Locator graph is distance. The Y scale is a scale of 1 to 10 where the value of 10 is always assigned to the highest peak (worst value). Other values are scaled to their relative value as compared to the worst value. When expeirencing a failure, the highest peak on the graph should be investigated first.
