MSAM Version Identification

How do I tell if I have a version 1 or version 2 MSAM?

MSAM Version 1 serial numbers start with A1 or A2. Version 2 serial numbers start with A3. There are also physical differences. The version 2 MSAM has a USB connector on the MSAM itself versus the version 1 which does not have its own USB connector. You can also look at the bert challenge id under HELP>ABOUT BERT MODULE on the RESULTS screen. A version 1 challenge id ends in /020 and a version 2 id ends in /021.
