VIAVI employs both photolithographic patterning and butcherblock assembly techniques to provide multispectral filters for applications in wavelength dispersion, order sorting, and aperture defining applications. Coupled with our Ucp-1 load-locked magnetron sputtering system, VIAVI is comfortable with many pattern and coat steps on high value substrates, including active device wafers.
