How to stop an ONX upgrade on Stratasync

Sometimes is needed to cancel a pending upgrade on a unit because a new version has been releases, and this article describes how to stop an upgrade on Stratasync when it was previously deployed to a unit but not yet applied.

The procedure to stop an upgrade on Stratasync when it was previously deployed to a an ONX but not yet applied (because the ONX has not been synced yet) is a 5 steps process: 1.- Login to Stratasync with you credentiasl 2.- Go to Assets tab 3.- Search for the unit filtering by Serial number 4.- When the unit is displayed, select the unit and from the actions drop-down menu select "Stop pending update" 5.- Sync the unit to Stratasync to apply the new config and stop the upgrade. Note: Step 4 can be done with right click on the mouse and then select "Stop pending update" as well.
