CA5000 displays waveforms that are different from the actual signals.
Knowledge Base - Solution
1. The device shows no signal in the band where the signal is present.
2. The device shows a waveform in a band where no signal exists.
3. It looks like a truncated waveform, not the actual signal waveform.
This symptom is generally caused by a RF brick's failure. However, it may occur due to an error during the FW upgrade process.
If you have recently performed a FW upgrade, please try SW Recovery first. If the same symptom occurs even after that, please proceed RMA.
