In Webview 3.1 or below login into the Webview Server. One the left edge Blue border, loacte system preferences. Next select system administration. Locate purge data after (day). The defaut is 183 days but it can reduced to fit your needs. If the adminstration selection is greyed, an webview administrator has prohibited access to this feature. This would not be a JDSU administrator but someone from within your company.
