This course presents a detailed overview of the features of the ONMSi Remote Fiber Test System that uses OTDR and switch technology along with access via a mobile app or laptop to enable remote OTDR test for fiber faults and construction certification, service activation and monitoring. ONMSi can be used in a hybrid network, PON network, or a CWDM/DWDM P2P network. This course will help you in the planning process for process implementation and is recommend for the lead project team and or managers of any network domain around the time of installation and commissioning of the system.

The roll-out of a new ONMSi training for a new system or major upgrade to the system is always custom quoted based on the number of sites and the total students that need to be enrolled. As the system rolls-out to different parts of the network, training should be taken in accordance with the schedule of the project plan. We work with our customer to take a census for the various users and ensure no one is left out of the training plan.
