Compliance
MAP Series cassettes include amplifier and source cassettes classified as either Class 3B or Class 1M Laser products. While operating in a MAP Series mainframe, cassettes meet the requirements of the IEC 60825-1 standard and comply with 21 CFR 1040.10 and 1040.11, except for deviations pursuant to Laser Notice 50, dated June 24, 2007.

MAP C+L Band Optical Light Source Module (mBBS)
The MAP Broadband Light Source (mBBS-C1) provides an amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) output that is ultra-stable, spectrally flattened and high-power density across the extended C-band and L-band. -
MAP Erbium Doped Fiber Amplifier Module (mEDFA)
The MAP Series Erbium Doped Fiber Amplifiers (mEDFA-C1) meet some of the most demanding optical specifications including a low-noise version with <3.7dB noise figure. DWDM, high power and an L-band version are also available. -
MAP Optical Light Source Modules for Key Telecom and Datacom Bands (mSRC)
The MAP General Purpose Light Sources (mSRC-C2) are fiber-coupled, fixed-wavelength emitters that cover key Telecom/Datacom wavelength bands of 850, 1300, 1310, 1490, 1550, and 1625 nm. -

Our products live in rugged environments for over 10 years with 1000s of test connect/disconnect cycles. We will be there to support you to ensure components that require maintenance like connectors, batteries, and software updates to ensure you are ready to test accurately for years to come. We apply factory procedures that use fast, automated calibration and functional verification, maintenance using OEM parts and the application of all engineering change orders and software updates. Services are available through contract Care plans, FleetCare or per incident as requests.
